Prashant Pathak is the CEO of Ekagrata.
Before joining Ekagrata, Prashant spent nearly a decade on the board of the Business Development Bank of Canada, chairing the Venture Capital and Investments Committee. Previously, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading North American Telecom, Financial Services, and Strategy & Corporate Finance practices. Prashant also held senior roles at Schlumberger and Halliburton, and was a co-founder at ReichmannHauer Capital Partners.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
Geetu Pathak is the Vice Chair of Ekagrata Inc.
Geetu oversees management and operations of several portfolio companies. With extensive experience in client contract negotiations, government relations, and union bargaining. Geetu has a strong entrepreneurial background in sectors such as fitness, manufacturing, custom furnishings, and food-agricultural products.
Geetu serves on the Board of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and Ryerson University, and recently completed her term on the Board of TVO.
She holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
